Terms & conditions
The purchase of any item from NightRose Bridal Boutique is subject to the following
terms and conditions. By purchasing an item from us you are agreeing to abide by
them.
Paying for items.
Payment for items purchased directly from the website is by PayPal payment. Payment must be made in full before goods will be despatched.
Payment for items in person can be in the form of cash or cheque. We are able to accept most forms of card payments. Credit card payments are subject to a fee of 2.5%. Payment is required in full before items can be taken away. Cheques will be required to be cleared before items are despatched or collected. 10 working days are required to allow cheques to clear before any items will be released to the buyer except where any balance paid by cheque is guaranteed by a valid banker’s cheque card. This also applies to charges for alterations.
By prior agreement with us we may accept a 20% deposit to hold a stock, sample or
preloved for a period of 14 days. After such period has elapsed payment must be
made in full or the item will be re-
A 50% deposit is required to order a new dress. The balance is due when the dress
comes into the shop prior to any alterations taking place, cost of alterations is
available on request.. Approximate alteration time is up to eight weeks. All goods
remain the property of NightRose Bridal Boutique until paid for in full. Deposits
on new dresses are non-
Exact colours and shades of fabrics and designs on trim, including lace, cannot always be guaranteed. Accessories purchased elsewhere can only be used during fittings of gowns etc. at your own risk. Due to copyright laws, photography is not allowed within the store.
During fittings, shoes and underwear must be the ones intended for the wedding day. We will recommend the amount of alterations to gowns, but if the client insists on a tighter fit than recommended, we will not be responsible. Equally, we accept no responsibility for gowns not fitting when collected due to clients increase or decrease in weight or any other reason beyond our control.
In the event of a wedding being cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the balance becomes payable immediately and all goods must be collected.
Where goods are hired, a security deposit is required upon collection of goods and will be refunded only if the goods are returned in a satisfactory condition by the return date.
The price paid by the customers for hiring garments reflects the fact that they are worn and cleaned on a regular basis and cannot be considered as brand new.
Fittings for hired articles cannot be arranged earlier than 2 weeks before the occasion date. Nothing in the above will affect your statutory rights.
Goods that are not available from stock normally take up to 15 weeks for delivery unless a specific time limit is stated in writing on this order. Gowns requiring extra length or special measures are subject to a surcharge, carried forward to the customer from the manufacturer, which is not always known until the gown arrives in stock. Then it will be added to the cost of the goods above.
The prices quoted on this site for sample and preloved dresses exclude postage and packing. Please contact us for postage quote our preferred method to the United Kingdom. We may use Royal mail or a courier firm and a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that you will be available to take delivery to avoid any problems. Please contact us first for a price for postage to any other destination.
Returns – purchase in person, sample and preloved dresses only.
We would hope that you would not have any reason to wish to return any item which you have purchased from us.
It is your responsibility to check that you are happy with the dress when trying
it on. In particular please bear in mind that these are once-

Vintage Dresses
The provenance and age of our vintage dresses will be stated to the best of our ability and this information will usually come direct from the person from whom we purchased the dress. Where possible we try to buy from the original owner of the dress to ensure that the information is first hand. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in relation to this information.

2. Unfortunately there may be interruptions in access to the site from time to time. We exclude liability for anything due to such an interruption.
